You’re tired of having no energy to do the things you love, sick of feeling unmotivated, and starting to recognize that your physical, mental, and emotional state has been changing (and not for the better!)
You find yourself constantly using Dr. Google to figure out what your symptoms could mean and how to fix them; like:
“How to fall asleep and stay asleep?”
“Why is my menstrual cycle shorter/longer/different?”
“Causes of unexplained weight gain in women.”
What comes back on that screen is so much conflicting information about what you have or how you should address your symptoms or concerns that you have no idea where to start.
That’s where I come in!
Imagine waking up in the morning feeling happy, energized, and confident enough to start your day!
I’m here to educate and empower you to do just that.
My Story
When I was a kid I watched my mom battle Type II diabetes, weight management, and body image issues. She tried every fad diet out there to discover the magic to help her reach her goals. She didn’t have the resources and knowledge to guide her in a healthy, non-restrictive way.
Her struggle gave me the passion to learn as much as I can about nutrition and wellness to educate and empower women to take charge of their health.
Like many women, including my mom, I devoted too much of myself to my career. Working in a corporate environment meant I worked long hours, said yes too often, and never set boundaries around my life and health.
After years of different leadership roles in stressful work environments, my body finally said, ‘No thanks!'.
When I hit my late 30s, I started noticing changes in my body and mood. My usual methods for getting back on track weren't effective anymore.
Even though I was doing intense workouts, walking over 20,000 steps a day, and working long hours, my stress levels were high, and I had little patience. I couldn't figure out why my typical strategies weren't working.
This was the first time I felt so drained that I wasn’t able to recover.
What’s Next?
I’ve seen many women in my generation feel the pressure to succeed in their careers and still be the best mom, wife, daughter, and friend at home. This often leads to burnout, especially as they enter a stage in life where they may be caring for aging parents, adding a whole new level of stress.
The struggle with weight management, lack of motivation, sleep issues, and fatigue that many women, including my mom, face needs to change.
Just because most women suffer from these symptoms doesn’t mean they have to.
Women need more understanding and support with their symptoms, and it is my mission to help them reclaim the life they deserve.

Or maybe you've been trapped in diet culture for so long that you're unsure how to nourish your body to support your hormones and give you the energy you need to be your vibrant self!
