Cancellation policy.

At InHarmony Wellness, we value your appointments and well-being. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place for no-show appointments and late cancellations.

For no-show appointments, we require payment for the full price of the session. For late cancellations, which are classified as cancellations made within 24 hours for follow-up sessions and within 48 hours for initial consultations, you may be subject to up to 100% of the session fee.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, which is why we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our goal is to work with you to find a solution that is in the best interest of your health and well-being.
